Why it’s important to check your hearing
Hearing loss is not always age related and it is important to regularly check your hearing to make sure you are not suffering from hearing loss. If you are experiencing a deterioration in your hearing, it is crucial to identify the root cause, so it can potentially be slowed down. More than 40% of people aged over 50 have some form of hearing loss, and this rises to more than 70% for people aged over 70. One in five of us have some form of hearing loss in the UK.
